As an accomplished bid manager, she knows how to mobilise a team, clarify expectations, and set achievable yet ambitious milestones for the bid process.

Raph is also a dynamic workshop leader with excellent strategic insight and the capacity to go beyond business as usual. She is brilliant at articulating tender strategies and developing our all-important strategy statements and executive summaries. Raph’s experience extends across many different industries including transport, construction, defence and infrastructure.
