Shaylen’s consistency, reliability and fierce determination make her an asset to any bid team. As a Bid Specialist, her expertise in production, writing and bid coordination helps clients coordinate all aspects of the bid process, whilst creating compelling proposals that look sharp on every page. She demonstrates her ability to achieve highly through all aspects of her work, as evident in completing her Bachelor of Professional Communications, majoring in Marketing, on a full scholarship.

She is a collaborative and enthusiastic team member, bringing positive energy to any team she works with. Her experience spans across multiple industries including industrial, health, infrastructure, and IT, with most of her work completed in the transport sector. Significant projects Shaylen has contributed to include John Laing WSA (Bradfield Metro Consortium), Wolter Consulting Cairns Growth Strategy and Hatch SRLA P&D Panel, which was successfully appointed to 14 of the categories and beat 135 companies that responded. The driving force behind her success is her exceptional talent for communication and complex problem-solving.
