Having held executive level management roles, Michelle has experience leading teams in a range of contexts including war rooms, client presentations, communications, media relations, marketing and corporate affairs. Managing complex situations to successful outcomes is one of Michelle’s major strengths. Through the dynamic lens of ‘whole-of-life thinking’ she assesses each bid from a helicopter view to ensure all features, benefits, limitations and risks are identified. With experience in PPP, joint venture and consortium bids, Michelle has a well-practised understanding of the level of sophistication required to secure major contracts. She is instrumental in the strategy stages and is an excellent writer and content expert to boot. In fact, she has been winning bids for more than 15 years.
