Writing has been Allana’s calling for a very long time. She is a prolific writer and coordinator, working closely with team members to organise the production of documents as the project evolves. While Allana is a big picture thinker and ambitious in all her endeavours, she maintains an eye for detail and a grasp of the finer points of style that bring a story together. She has a passion for the strength of words and the intricacy of psychology, and she thrives on feedback and creative collaboration which can enhance her creative prowess. A somewhat scientific mind, she is able to grapple with complicated connections among even the most technical of arguments, and uses these analyses to perfect the visual appeal of the project as a whole, providing the evaluators with all the elements tied up in a bow.
