Billie is an experienced marketing, communications, engagement and project management professional with a strong track record in the rail sector. In her previous senior roles at the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) and Martinus Rail, Billie led major initiatives to drive business growth including coordinating the ARA’s most successful rail industry event in 2023 and supporting the pursuit of one of Martinus Rail’s largest ever rail contracts. Through her work in the rail sector, Billie has developed a large professional network and brings extensive client and industry insights. She is also a regular contributor on industry podcasts and was a finalist in the Women in Construction awards, demonstrating her thought leadership within the sector.

Billie understands that having a considered, deliberate approach to team communications and engagement is key to success in complex projects including major bids. She is well experienced in establishing a shared vision, setting ambitious targets, reaching agreement on roles and responsibilities, developing milestone programs and keeping teams to task. And while her drive and determination are key assets, her warmth and people management skills are the icing on the cake as she expertly guides teams toward a winning outcome.
