With a long history of accountancy and IT, he has uplifted Aurora Marketing’s processes to be more efficient, effective and people-friendly, keeping the culture consistent and at a high standard. Ian has demonstrated his crystal clear vision by spearheading our reception of the Financial Review’s Most Innovative Companies award, as well as taking home various other honours for his creative processes and policies at Aurora Marketing. As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll meet him through our resourcing and business development procedures, and he crunches the numbers behind the scenes to find the best solution for our clients and organisation to improve.
