With over 30 years in and around Defence, from Logistics Manager for the Air Force to Operations Manager for Airbus, she knows how to work with subject matter experts, dig out the real strengths of a solution, and turn them into responses that speak to what the customer cares about.

Her background in technical service delivery means she brings more than just writing skills – she brings a practical understanding of how delivery works. With extensive experience in program management, business operations and organisational improvement, she intimately understands the business of being in business, backed up by an MBA. This business knowledge is invaluable in a tender, because she can highlight the successes of a business and weave them into a bid. Conversely, she can identify the issues that are going to be flagged by an evaluator and is skilled at developing strategies to manage and resolve.
