Brianna Collins is a Senior Bid Specialist who has merged a lifelong passion for competition in sport with her professional career. She completed a Bachelor of Business Management at Griffith University, graduating with Academic Excellence and inducted into the Golden Key International Society as part of the top 15% of her class.

At Aurora Marketing, Brianna harnesses her expertise in content development and persuasive writing to craft winning proposals for clients, earning recognition through the Rookie of the Year (2022), Above and Beyond (2023) and Brilliance (2024) Awards. Her commitment to high performance and continuous improvement reflects the same drive that has defined her sporting career.

Growing up in the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club, Brianna began Nippers at the age of 4 and developed a strong foundation in paddling. That passion took her into sprint kayaking and ocean ski paddling, where she made her first Australian Kayaking Team in 2014.

Over the next 6 years, she represented Australia across multiple kayak and ocean ski teams, travelling annually to Europe to compete at the highest level. Among her achievements, Brianna qualified the WK2 500m quota for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, won a Junior Single Ski World Championship in 2014, and secured bronze at the 2023 Ocean Ski World Championships. She’s also been crowned Australian Double Ski Champion, placed in the top 10 at the Kayaking World Cup, and reached 7 Australian Single Ski finals.

Her career highlights extend beyond the water. Brianna has received the People’s Choice Award from Paddle Australia in 2019, was a finalist for the AIDN Queensland Young Achiever Award, and has consistently demonstrated leadership throughout her sporting and professional life.
As Ski Captain at Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club, she leads by example, balancing her own racing ambitions with mentoring and supporting others. She has also been recognised with a long service award for more than a decade of volunteer beach patrols.

Brianna’s journey has been shaped by training with world-class coaches and athletes, building a deep connection to the global paddling community and translating the lessons of elite sport into her professional and personal life.

Today, she continues to bring together her competitive spirit, leadership experience and proposal expertise to deliver impact both on and off the water.
