He has been instrumental in some of Defence’s largest and most intricate acquisition and sustainment endeavours and has successfully developed and executed strategies to optimise resource allocation, streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.

Mark’s impressive contribution saw him appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2016 thanks to his reinvigoration of Navy’s engineering and maintenance practices. Possessing deep specialist knowledge across critical areas of defence operations – organisational reform, information technology infrastructure, digital strategy, engineering and global sustainment – Mark has the executive experience and skill to navigate and guide others through the intricate landscape of defence. Jamie has successfully applied his training program across diverse sectors, including business and defence, where he has built a reputation for innovative coaching and exceptional results. A leader himself, Jamie has overseen teams of up to 2000 as a Helicopter Force commander and pilot. Serving as the Commanding Officer of the 5th Aviation Regiment (Australian Army), he led missions across the South-West Pacific and Australia, demonstrating his expertise in security, amphibious operations and disaster response. Since transitioning from military service, Jamie has delivered tailored learning experiences to organisations, empowering them to reimagine their leadership and operational paradigms for the future.
