Stephane brings energy, organisation and a healthy dose of humour to every bid team she’s part of. As a Bid Coordinator, she’s the one keeping everything moving—managing timelines, wrangling resources, handling document control and making sure the whole process runs smoothly from start to finish.

She’s worked across a wide variety of bids—including large, complex submissions with multiple contributors and tight deadlines. Her experience is backed by a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) giving her a strong foundation that ties together messaging, strategy and bid branding. From coordinating inputs and keeping stakeholders aligned, to polishing final content, Stephane knows what it takes to deliver a high-quality proposal under pressure.
